Smart Search Consultants is looking for experienced Senior Electricians, Electricians, Senior HVAC technicians, HVAC technicians, Plumbers and BMS Operators for one of our reputed clients in UAE.
1) Senior Electricians - 10nos.
2) Electricians - 15 nos.
3) Senior HVAC technician - 12 nos.
4) HVAC technician - 5 nos.
5) Plumber - 19 nos
6) BMS Operator - 15 nos
The minimum requirement for the Senior Electricians, Senior HVAC technicians, and others are 10+ years experience (out of which min. 5 years in FM industry in commercial establishments such as malls, hospitals, airports etc) and 5+ years experience (out of which min 3 years in FM industry in commercial establishments such as malls, hospitals, airports etc) respectively.
All technicians must have relevant trade certificates i.e. min ITI or equivalent, O&M (operational and maintenance) experience in commercial establishments such as malls, hospitals, airports etc, troubleshooting and T&C (testing & commissioning) experience required. UAE experience preferred but not mandatory. Basic English language skills and computer usage skills required.
